About Us
The Seasoned Southerners team is headed by Christy Rollins and Juliet Rogers, a pair of Senior Move Managers that are dedicated to helping aging adults and their families through some of the toughest transitions in life.
The Seasoned Southerners team understands how difficult change can be, and we're here to take the burden off your shoulders.
Juliet Rogers
By the grace of God, Juliet was born a southerner. For 22 years, she has lived in North Carolina with her husband and two children, enjoying the beauty our State has to offer. She loves to read, boat, and root on the Buckeyes (it’s a long story).
For the last ten years, Juliet has served as Executive Director working to end homelessness, childhood poverty, and neglect. She also spent 15 years working as a National Sales Director for medical device companies in North Carolina and Nationally.
Juliet loves working with Seniors and their families, ensuring a smooth transition filled with lots of Southern hospitality.
Christy Rollins
Christy grew up in High Point, North Carolina, and has lived in New Bern since 2009. She enjoys exercising, golfing, tennis, and working on projects in and around her new home. She also loves visiting her son at Virginia Tech.
Shortly after graduating UNC-Chapel Hill, Christy began her career in organizing and event planning. She soon transitioned to a design focus, as lead showroom and gallery designer for Broyhill Furniture and Wildwood and McEnroe Lamps. This gave her strength in space planning and design.
In addition to her design career, Christy was also the caregiver for her mother-in-law until her passing in 2007. She feels all of this led her to her career
helping clients get organized, downsize, and move. Since its founding in 2021, Seasoned Southerners has continued to grow beyond what she initially imagined.

We will help you sort through and organize your belongings, taking care of donating or discarding anything you no longer want. Our trained team will carefully and professionally pack your remaining belongings, and manage the details of your move. Lastly, we will get you settled into your new residence to make it feel like home from the very beginning.​
